This channel is all about fast fun, in the mud or on the street. Mud drag racing, burnouts on the street, if it’s loud, fast and fun, I’m recording it!

love the truck bud. Let it RIPPPPPPPP! nice set up. what bed cover do you have on that dentside. any more vids on it by chance? thank you in advance
I believe it’s a truzedo brand. I can double check when I get home from the states though. I have lots of videos on my TikTok account. I don’t get much traffic on here anymore since I don’t do many long videos. Check it out! Mudfreak79
Damn dude! I woulda swung over and learned some shit if I'd known you took her this far 🤟🤟
Been months of work in the shop! But so far it’s been a good move. Gotta get it out for some test runs to see how it feels
Whats the front suspension set up on the f100?
More f100 vids please
Racing the F100 soon!
Any update? I'm building a 66 right now, looking into caltracs
The caltrac bars helped, I’ll get more vids at the next race. Only got a couple passes and were rained out. Hoping to get the GoPro underneath for some vids
Beauty
Good job keeping memories alive . Henry Ford from the USA approves.
looks good myron
Let me guess 2000hp?
1100, it’s just a naturally aspirated big block
@@mudfreak79 ok that's insane! 1100hp NA is a hard thing to achieve. IMAGINE what kinda power it would make with a big ass tunnel rammed screw blower.
@@fnafplayer6447 lol stay tuned, I got something in the works now
Beta make vs alpha male.
Is there any drone? Is it loud or just throaty? I want to get rid of the dpf but I also don’t want to wake up my kids when I start my truck in the morning. Do you think the muffler helps?
I can hear it when it first fires up, aside from that there’s no drone. It’s slightly throaty but not annoying.
BEAUTIFUL.
What size are you running on the rear? Did you have to narrow your rearend?
20x10 with 4” backspacing. Rear axle was narrowed 2.25” on each side
I remember watching this over 10 years ago lol
Lol hard to believe how much things have changed since then!
Just wondering what tuning are you running on that truck and how do you like it so far?
It’s just a really mild tune, 30-40hp. I wanted to keep it tame as it already pulls like a freight train and I need to keep this thing reliable for many miles. Everything works great, getting improved mileage, more torque and no more DEF garbage
Hello, is that a muffler or resonator? Either one sounds like it breathes better than stock
It’s an MBRP muffler, straight through design. No resonator. So far the truck has improved 100km more per tank on my daily commute
sooooo do you still have DPF on your truck@@mudfreak79 ?
@@deepaklopez7436 no sir, no more of that garbage for me!
Ford power ! Total kick ass .
Thank you!
A big ass beast
Is this truck still around ?
Yep, check out Mudfreak79 on TikTok for more current stuff
Do you have an instagram of the truck?
Not really, I have a TikTok account though
Are you still running the 532ci in that Monster?
Nope, sold that years ago and am now running a 598” on methanol
Straight Beast
Thanks!
Minty
Bitches call me racist, like yeah I know and I’m gonna win.
So happy you've kept this rig after all these years
Yeah seems to be a rare thing! I’ve had it for 23 years now!
Such a bad ass truck man. Much prefer the standard bed style over the step side haha. Although I'm sure it's harder to fit the paddles on now
I had to trim them out a few inches, but I just put on a fresh set of pro cut boggers, gonna give them a try this year
@mudfreak79 right on man! Your number still the same? I'll have to shoot you a text and show you my recent project
@@harkness10 I changed it but I got yours, I’ll shoot ya a message
@@harkness10 sent you a message not sure if you got it
@mudfreak79 got nothing man.
Well how do you like them? How are the bars with everyday normal driving?
I’m actually just heading to get insurance on it today!! Been a long winter and it’s still dragging on, but it’s time to roll it out!! Will update
@mudfreak79 thank you
what wheels are those
Coys C-5 in gun metal grey
Do you have a part number for that Caltracks?
7624, and I used the two hole front bracket so keep it lower profile
What size tires and wheels do you have?
Rear are 20x10 with 4” backspace, 275-40R20 tires. Front are 18x8 5.5 backspace, 235-55R18 tires
Blaine sure got my suspension working a lot better. He thinks there's more in it still.
He seems to be very knowledgeable! I’m gonna start with him again here soon, see what else we can get sorted out on this thing
@mudfreak79 definitely worth the money and time. He made a night and day difference in my truck with nothing more than bar adjustments and spring changes.
@@josephphillips1777 I was going in the wrong direction with mine lol he’s getting me sorted out one step at a time
I would put a grease fitting where it slids in and out
Yeah I might do that yet. It’s super easy for me to lift the truck and just slide it apart to grease is but might be more convenient to just have a grease nipple on it
Kickass.👍🏻😎🤘💯🔥
Holy crap i remember seeing this exact video 16 years ago when You uploaded it and falling in love with this truck! I've had a love for the old fords ever since simce! Amazing
Been through a ton of changes since then!! Crazy looking back on it now
@@mudfreak79 oh yeah man I absolutely love the fact uts still tearing up the mud. Made the wife watch a few of the videos you got on here even haha. I just did tanks and some wiring on a beast if a 93 f150 and I'm trying to get the guy to just sell me the truck. I've got another neighbor with two 67's I've been trying to get ahold of also. Think after watching some of yours I've got some new found enthusiasm to go bug those guys today haha. Take care friend, keep it up, love it!
@@bustedaw11 awesome! Get into it!! It’s a total blast
Guessing the answer is no since its January....but any chance to review if they resolved wheelspin?
Haha no not yet, hoping the track will open for the first race in May. Aside from that, it’ll be street testing. I’ve used them before and they did work well so I’m expecting the same results. Only downfall is I’m not using Caltrac leaf’s, which I should be
@mudfreak79 good to know! I have a good amount of wheel hop and spin a good amount. I have stock leafs with a flip kit. Good results with caltrac springs?
@@dehaanpainting9793 better results I think. I’ve only ran stock leafs but I usually take one or two out to soften it a bit. They still work either way, just more potential with a soft spring. It will eliminate the wheel hop, tire spin will hopefully be reduced, but that also comes down to road surface and tires.
@mudfreak79 awesome. Guess im gonna need to give it a try! Not interested in doing 4 link or something super advanced
@@dehaanpainting9793 I have a 4 link on my mud truck, I really like it but that’s race only. I do prefer the simplicity for something I drive all the time. Caltracs are a win that way for sure.
I need information from you concerning this engine. I have an opportunity to obtain one
What you need?
@@mudfreak79 Where can I find a engine accessory bracket kit for it?
@@Backwoods_870 if you’re wanting the fancy serpentine system, summit racing sells lots of different kits but they’re expensive. If you just want old school factory stuff, local junk yards are the cheapest, or L&L Products, they have all the brackets etc you’d need
@mudfreak79 (Thanks...what size oil pan are you running, and how many quarts do you recommend running?
@@Backwoods_870 I run a Canton Racing oil pan, 8 quart
Quick and weird question but do you have a truck cap on your truck?
Yep, I have a Leer 100XQ on it. Not cheap but looks great and functions well
Straight Beast
There will be more coming for this thing yet!
@@mudfreak79 (I can't wait)
What size lowering blocks are u using?
1.5” block
@@mudfreak79 so I’m sure ur using a 6 inch flip kit with the 1.5” block. What shocks are u using? I’m trying to do the same on my f100 but I can’t figure out what’s shocks to use.
@@ozielmadrigal9374 yep, axle flip and the block. I have a set of drop shocks from bell tech. With the lowering kit, the shocks don’t sit at a great angle and aren’t very effective but I suppose they help some. I’d like to move them yet so they sit in a better spot.
@@mudfreak79 yea I kinda figured we were gonna have to relocate the shock placement. U wouldn’t happen to know the part number to those shocks would you?
@@ozielmadrigal9374 not of hand but next time I’m under it I can take a look for ya.

@@anthonysmalawipredators8794 thank you! I sure love wrenching and beating on them haha
Never fail to represent the blue oval, what are you running in the old yeller now?
I’m still running the same 600” engine that’s been in it for years now. Still running strong but it’s getting close to needing some rings and valve seals now. It’s been pretty reliable though!
Happy holidays from West by God
To you as well
Good to see you back .
Thanks! Gonna try to post some videos more often. They won’t all be racing, I’ll do some build stuff etc. Not likely very interesting stuff sometimes haha
Sure miss hearing thay yellow monster in wembley
It’ll be back yet, hoping for next year. Long drive but I miss racing up there
Hp?
1100hp on the engine dyno
woah
Are you running manual brakes? And how’s the half ton front axle holding up? Building a 53 willys pick up with a 514ci bbf/c6. Planning my brake system and was wondering how yours work
Yep manual brakes, they work fine for what I’m doing. Would not recommend for street use though. Front axle is working fine, I did upgrade the axles, ujoints etc in it.
@@mudfreak79 Gatcha, might have to find a small booster from a newer vehicle. Just not a lot of room on the fire wall on my project so I was curious. Sweet pickup you got put together!
@@Haymaker_Jake check out a hydroboost setup, uses power steering pump for power brakes rather then vacuum. Fairly easy swap and you’ll be able to run a bigger cam without worrying about the brakes
